MEET THE TEAM

Hello! I’m Sasha Wilde, owner of Sexton Roofing & Siding. My family and I fell in love with the Western Massachusetts community when we moved here to take over Sexton Roofing in 2023. What started as a professional opportunity quickly became personal — this community is our home.

My husband, Tim, and I are both actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. I focus on growing our team, shaping our long-term vision, and reinforcing the values that guide how we serve our customers. Leading Sexton Roofing has brought me a deep sense of purpose and excitement. I’m passionate about building a company where people feel empowered, challenged, and supported to grow.

My background is in commercial construction project management, so transitioning into residential roofing has been both a unique challenge and an incredibly meaningful shift. In residential work we’re helping families protect their homes. The direct impact we have on people’s lives is something I never take for granted, and it brings me great joy.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and our three young boys. We’ve embraced life in Western Mass so fully that my parents even followed us here! I enjoy meeting new people, learning continuously, and investing in personal growth.

My greatest hope is that Sexton Roofing becomes synonymous with integrity, empowered responsibility, growth, open communication, and meaningful connections — not just within our team, but with every homeowner we serve.
