Hi, I’m Joseph Barbesco, Sales Manager at Sexton Roofing & Siding. Born and raised in the pizza capital of the world—New Haven, CT—I’ve always had a passion for connecting with people. Whether it’s learning about new cultures or simply having a meaningful conversation, building relationships is at the core of who I am.

I’ve spent the past five years in the home improvement industry, working with some of the top brands in the space. I take pride in putting people first, because they’re the driving force behind any successful business. Creating a competitive, fun, and supportive culture matters to me,

along with helping individuals grow both professionally and personally.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors fishing or hiking, traveling, watching sports, or spending time with the people who matter most to me.
