Sales Manager

Salary

We are seeking a driven, structured, and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead, train, and scale our residential sales team.

This role is not for a passive manager.


You will:

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Accountability

• Own and drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets

• Establish and enforce clear KPIs (close rate, average ticket size, follow-up process, etc.)

• Conduct weekly 1:1 performance reviews with sales reps

• Implement structured pipeline tracking via CRM

• Enforce standards for follow-up, documentation, and communication


Sales Training & Development

• Onboard and train new sales reps

• Run weekly sales meetings focused on skill development

• Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching

• Develop scripts, objection handling frameworks, and sales playbooks

• Elevate consultative selling skills


You will build professionals focused on educating our homeowners to make the best decisions for their homes.


Performance Culture Builder

• Set clear expectations

Process & Structure

• Maintain CRM discipline across the team

• Track and report weekly sales metrics to ownership

• Refine appointment flow and handoff to production

• Identify bottlenecks in conversion

• Improve pricing and upsell strategies based on data

This role must bring structure where others bring relationships.


Strategic Growth Contribution

• Identify referral partnerships (realtors, property managers, community leaders)

• Suggest promotional campaigns

• Help refine market positioning

We are building long-term dominance and brand recognition.


In Home Sales & Lead Generation

• Ability to step in during peak lead season to sell our services

• Ability to encourage, manage and participate in various lead generation methods. (including door-knocking, networking, etc.)

Required Experience

• 5+ years managing a residential sales team (home services preferred)

• Proven record of scaling revenue

• Experience in roofing, exterior remodeling, or other home services industry

preferred

• Strong CRM management experience

• Experience building structured sales processes
