Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Client Interaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the installation process.
- Provide clear, consistent updates to ensure homeowners feel informed and valued every step of the way.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, reflecting our commitment to integrity and community.
Project Management & Quality Assurance
- Oversee roofing, siding, and window installations, ensuring all work is completed according to contract specifications.
- Conduct thorough inspections using job start, progress, and completion checklists to maintain organization and efficiency.
- Take ownership of quality control, ensuring all installations meet or exceed the company’s high standards.
- Foster teamwork and accountability among crews to uphold a shared sense of responsibility and pride in delivering superior results.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Prior sales experience or college or military experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing, solar or construction industry is preferred
- Knowledge of roofing terminology and basic construction processes.
- Experience with industry-specific software or tools.
Job Requirements
- Flexibility to work Saturdays / evenings as needed based on customer availability
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamwork.
