Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver in home sales presentations with clients to understand their specific needs for roofing, siding, or window repairs or replacements, offering tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Create and present compelling proposals that outline project details, cost estimates, and timelines, delivering information in a clear and professional manner.
  • Skillfully negotiate contracts to close deals that are both profitable and aligned with client expectations, ensuring a seamless sales experience.
  • Become a master of lead generation identifying and connecting with potential clients through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and networking efforts to generate leads.
  • Work with production to ensure smooth transition of projects from sales through close-out.
  • Stay up to date on industry developments and sales techniques through regular trainings.
  • Collaborate with your manager to create and execute a personalized growth plan that enhances your skills and drives professional development.

Education

  • Prior sales experience or college or military experience
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing, solar or construction industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of roofing terminology and basic construction processes.
  • Experience with industry-specific software or tools.
